Jezebel Pork Sliders



  • 2 Pork Butts or Shoulders

  • 1 bottle of apple cider vinegar

  • 1 quart of chicken stock

  • 3 tablespoons of salt

  • 2 tablespoons of black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons of cumin

  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper flake

  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano

  • 1 bottle of TN Jezebel Sauce

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1- 12 pack of slider buns 

Prep: Preheat oven to 500º. Take all your seasonings and mix together in a bowl. Rub pork butts down with apple cider vinegar and spices.  Set pork butts in deep roasting pan and pour chicken stock into pan.

Cook: Place pork butts in the oven for 30 minutes. Reduce temperature down to 250º and let pork butts cook for 8 to 10 hours. Once done remove pork from roasting pan and pull apart or chop. Place pulled pork on bottom of slider buns, drizzle with Tennessee Jezebel Sauce and top with the other half of slider bun. (Note: you can add other items as coleslaw or pickles to the sliders for have a wonderful flavor).
