Delta Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 6 Jumbo Eggs

  • 1/2 cup of Mississippi Comeback Sauce

  • 2 dashes of Red Wine Vinegar

  • Cayenne Pepper

  • Sliced Red Onion in White Wine Vinegar

  • Celery Leaves


Prep: Bring water and vinegar to a boil. Place all 6 eggs into the water for about 10-15 minutes. Take eggs out of boiling water and place in a bowl with cold water to stop the cooking process for about 5 minutes. Remove eggs from cold water and peel the shell away from all the eggs and discard.

Mix: Slice the eggs and remove all the hard boiled yolks. Place yolks in a bowl and mix with Mississippi Comeback sauce. Fill eggs with mixture, cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.

Eat: Garnish with a pinch of cayenne pepper, celery leaves and sliced red onions. Serve these up at your Easter meal and they will certainly comeback for more.
