SUMMER SALAD WITH COMEBACK

Ingredients:

  • 1 bulb of fennel (thin sliced)

  • 2 ears of corn (shucked)

  • 1 pint of rainbow cherry or grape tomatoes (halved)

  • 1 container of fresh spinach leaves

  • Dash of kosher salt

  • Dash of black pepper

  • 1/2 Bottle of Mississippi Comeback Sauce


Prep: Cut corn off the cob. Cut tomatoes in half

Mix: Add corn and tomatoes to fennel and spinach in a bowl. Add Mississippi Comeback sauce, salt and pepper and lightly toss.

Eat: Serve in a bowl or on plate and enjoy.
