BLuegrass ribeye with Henry Bain

 
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of Y’all Company Henry Bain Sauce 

  • 2 Ribeye Cut Steaks

  • 2 Tablespoons salt

  • 1 Tablespoon black pepper

  • 1 Tablespoon red pepper flake 

  • 1 Tablespoon oregano

  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 Tablespoon cumin


Prep: Mix seasonings together. Brush about a tablespoon of Y'all Company Henry Bain on each side of the ribeye then season both sides of each ribeye. Preheat the grill on high heat or make sure your coals are hot!

Cook: Add steaks to grill and cook for 3 minutes.Rotate steaks 45 degree angle and cook for another 3 minutes. This will help get your diamond grill mark on the steaks. Flip over steaks and repeat the same process. Steaks should be a med-rare temp. Remove steaks from the grill and let them sit for five minutes.

Eat: Slather with more Y'all Company Henry Bain Sauce and enjoy!
