Comeback Street Corn
3 to 4 ears of yellow or white corn
1 bottle of Mississippi Comeback Sauce
10 oz of cotija cheese
1 bunch of cilantro
Prep: Shuck corn and wash off all the silks. Wash cilantro and rough chop. Cut lime into wedges where you should get about six wedges out of each lime.
Cook: Preheat grill up to 400 degrees. Grill corn on all side for six minutes. Remove from grill, drizzle with Mississippi Comeback Sauce, crumble cotija chesse, add cilantro and squeeze limes.
