Henry Bain Chicken Wangs



  • 10-12 chicken wings

  • 1 tablespoon of kosher salt

  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

  • 1 tablespoon of cumin

  • 1 tablespoon of oregano

  • 2 cups chicken stock

  • 1 bottle of KY Henry Bain

Prep: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all seasonings together in a bowl (kosher salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, cumin and oregano) and sprinkle generously on chicken wings.  Place chicken wings in a 1 inch deep pan and pour in chicken stock. 

Cook: Place in the oven for 30-35 minutes.  Remove chicken wings from the oven and finish on the stove top in a skillet or on the grill for about 5 minutes on each side. This will help crisp the skin and allow the sauce to stick better to the wing.  Place chicken wings in a mixing bowl and slather with Henry Bain Sauce.

Eat: Place on a plate and enjoy your tangy Henry Bain Chicken Wangs!
