Miso Crunch Pulled Pork Sandwich
Ingredients:
1 bottle of Y’all Company Henry Bain Sauce
1 bone in Pork Butt
2 Tablespoons salt
1 Tablespoon black pepper
1 Tablespoon of dried mustard
1 Tablespoon red pepper flake
1 Tablespoon oregano
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon cumin
1 Bag of Trader Joe’s Miso Crunch
2 cans of Miller Lite-1 for the pork and 1 for yourself
1 pack of Brioche Buns
Prep: Mix seasonings together and rub on all sides of the pork butt. In a hot cast iron skillet, sear all sides of the pork butt for about 5 to7 minutes on each side or until browning occurs.
Cook: Place pork butt in a crock pot with 1 can of Miller Lite. Cover and allow to cook for 4 to 6 hours. Once finished, the bone shall slide out and then pull your pork with tongs or forks. In a bowl, mix the pork with a quarter bottle of Henry Bain sauce and set aside. Mix your Trader Joe’s Miso Crunch salad together as instructed. Toast both sides of your brioche bun and top the bottom half with the Miso Crunch salad. Add your pulled pork to the top of the salad then add to the top portion of the bun.
Eat: Slather with more Y'all Company Henry Bain Sauce and enjoy!
