TOT NACHOS

Ingredients:

  • 4lbs of Pork Boston Butt

  • 2 tablespoon of Kosher Salt

  • 1 tablespoon of Black Pepper

  • 1 tablespoon of Red Pepper Flake

  • 1 tablespoon of Oregano

  • 1 tablespoon of Granulated Garlic

  • 2 cups of Chicken Stock

  • 1 bottle of Y'all Company Kentucky Henry Bain Sauce

  • 1 bag of Tater Tots

  • 2 cups of shredded Colby Jack Cheese

  • Guacamole

  • Sour Cream

  • Diced Tomato

  • Green Onion

  • 1 bottle of Y'all Company Mississippi Comeback Sauce


Prep:

Mix spices together (2 Tbs. of Kosher Salt, 1 Tbs. of Black Pepper, 1 Tbs. of Red Pepper Flake, 1 Tbs. of Oregano, 1 Tbs. of Granulated Garlic) and season pork boston butt. Place pork in a crockpot and drizzle one bottle of Y'all Company Kentucky Henry Bain Sauce and chicken stock. Turn the crockpot to high and cook for four hours. Once pork is done, shred the pork. Place pork back in the chicken stock/Henry Bain mixture, and set the crockpot to warm.

Cook: Follow instructions on the back of the tater tot bag for oven setting and cook time. Once tots are finished baking, remove from the oven, add pork and shredded cheese to tots and place back in the oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving plate.

Eat: Drizzle comeback sauce over the pork & tot nachos and garnish with guacamole, sour cream, diced tomatoes and green onions. Enjoy this twist on a Super Bowl favorite! TOTDOWN, Y'ALL!
